Important: We Prioritize Your Privacy

• We DO NOT collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to external servers.
• We DO NOT have access to your personal files, identity, or location.
• The app is built with a "Privacy by Design" approach, meaning all reading progress, audio settings, bookmarks, and downloads happen locally on your device.

2. Local Storage and SwiftData (Your Personal Library)

When you save books, customize reading preferences, set bookmarks, or download content for offline use, this data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.

• Saved Library & Reading Progress: Your saved books, exact page positions, audio timestamps, font settings, and bookmarks remain strictly on your device.
• Downloaded Content: E-books and audio files downloaded for offline reading and listening are stored locally. You can clear downloaded files anytime within the app or by deleting the app.
• No Cloud Sync: Your local library and progress are stored on your device; if you uninstall the app, your local collection and reading history will be removed.

3. Third-Party Services & API Usage

The app fetches public domain classic book metadata and text content from reputable public archives.

• Book Archives & APIs: The app retrieves classic book metadata, text chapters, and audio assets over secure connections. No personal user data is sent to these services; we only request public literature information.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit: If you choose to upgrade to Premium, all payment processing and subscription management are handled securely by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card, payment details, or billing information.
• Advertisements (AdMob / Ad Networks): The free version of the app may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may collect anonymous device identifiers as described in their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Security

• Encryption: All communication between the app and external book archives (APIs) is conducted over the secure HTTPS protocol.
• iOS Security: We utilize iOS's native secure storage mechanisms to ensure that your local library data and app settings are protected.

5. Children's Privacy

Audio Book: Listen Offline is an educational and literary tool suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children. Since all library data and progress are stored locally, parental control is maintained at the device level.

6. Data Deletion

Since we do not store your personal data on any external server, you have total control over your information:

• You can remove specific downloaded books or saved bookmarks directly within the app.
• You can permanently delete all app data by simply uninstalling the application from your iOS device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or changes in operational practices. The latest version will always be accessible via the link provided in the app and on the App Store.
